When will my order ship?

Standard orders typically process within 2-3 business days. During high-demand periods, such as the NBA Playoffs or new jersey launches, processing may take up to 5-7 business days.

Can I return a customized jersey?

Customized jerseys, including those with personal names or specific player numbers, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturer defect.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship Miami HEAT merchandise globally. Shipping rates and delivery timelines vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

How do I know if a jersey is authentic?

The Miami HEAT Store only sells 100% authentic NBA licensed apparel. All jerseys feature official heat-applied or stitched graphics and the Nike/Jordan Brand jock tags with unique serial numbers.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Can I pick up my online order at the Kaseya Center?

Currently, online orders are shipped directly to your provided address. In-arena pickup is only available for select 'Click & Collect' promotions during home games.
